I spotted them there on Friday, when a local told me that she and other neighbours had complained 'umpteen times' to the council about the frequent presence of James's cars on the street.
The resident said: 'Every day they arrive, and park on the yellow lines with the engines running for five hours. It's maddening, he never seems to get a ticket.'
