'Pregnant' Ashlee Simpson's husband Evan Ross puts bachelor pad on the market for $1.5m

With their family reportedly about to expand, Evan Ross is saying goodbye to his single days - and an impressive house as well.

The 26-year-old actor has just listed his stylish quintessential Hollywood Hills property, which while stunning, is fast becoming too small.

Last month multiple publications reported the star's wife Ashlee Simpson was pregnant and even though they have yet to make the news official, seems the pair are cleaning house.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Evan has listed the two bedroom, two bathroom home for $1.49 million.

With Ashlee already having a six-year-old son Bronx - with ex-husband Pete Wentz - and potentially another on the way, the two bedrooms just will no cut it.

While not a sprawling mansion, the sought after 1950s post and beam house is located above Sunset Plaza and features almost 1,700-square-feet of living space.
