Rihanna flashes her toned midriff and lots of leg with daring thigh-high split as she steps out for lunch in Beverly Hills

Rihanna took advantage of warmer temperatures in Los Angeles on Monday.

The Rude Boy star flashed some flesh in a casual ensemble which revealed her toned tummy and long legs.

Stepping out in Beverly Hills, the Barbadian singer enjoyed lunch at La Scala restaurant before a spot of shopping at Alica & Olvia boutique.

The 26-year-old R&B diva had some help carrying her purchases as she toted her chic Louis Vuitton box bag.

She teamed a cropped blue marl sweater with a light cotton midi skirt which featured knot detail and thigh-high split.

On her feet were some nude platform shoes with a unique split red sole - likely Chanel or another fabulous designer.

Meanwhile, Rihanna surprised her fans on Saturday by announcing some eagerly awaited new music.

The Bajan beauty took to Twitter to give followers a glimpse of her new material, sharing her collaborative track with Beatles legend Paul McCartney and Kanye West.

The singer and songwriter dropped the song titled Four Five Seconds with the tweet 'FIRST GLIMPSE AT MY NEW MUSIC!!!'
