The two stars of Christina Milian: Turned Up were seen stretching before participating in a wide array of exercises including squats, dips and high knee running in place.

Christina flaunted her enviable figure in skintight workout wear including white tights and a matching vest emblazoned with a cloud print.

The Dip It Low hitmaker completed the activewear look with white, grey and pink Reebok trainers and a pair of large brown designer sunglasses.

The two brunette beauties seemed to have a great time during the afternoon of sisterly bonding as they even got creative by using a tree stump for dips, stretches and even a place to sit.
