Johnny Depp rocks an oily 'do on the red carpet as he attends Tokyo premiere of Mortdecai with his glamorous fiancée Amber Heard

He plays the perfectly polished art dealer Charlie in his new film, but art certainly isn't imitating life for Johnny Depp.

The actor arrived at the Japanese premiere for Mortdecai in Tokyo on Tuesday, looking more like the frontman of an alternative rock band than a Hollywood star.

She's been at his side throughout the Mortdecai promo tour and we think Johnny Depp is one lucky man. Amber's style is forever getting the seal of approval here in Fashion Finder HQ, from the red carpet gowns to her off-duty ensembles.

Here in Japan was no different for the star. She posed for photos alongside her hubby in a deep red silk gown and despite it being oversized and high-necked, two hard trend to pull off, it looked great on Amber. And while the front was plain, the back's strappy detail gave the dress some sex-appeal.

She teamed her look with a wavy up-do that framed her face and a metallic clutch that is bang-on trend this season.
